Shallow Fry From Chilled: In a preheated, non stick pan over a medium heat for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally throughout cooking.
Grill Instructions
Grill From Chilled: Pre-heat grill to medium/high heat and grill for 10/12 minutes, turning occasionally throughout cooking.
