Handling instructions
To serve cold: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZENRemove from packaging.Place product on a baking tray in a centre of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/Gas mark 6 for approximately 12 minutes.Turn once half way through cooking.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZENRemove from packaging.Place on a plate and cover with cling film.Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kw oven for approximately 1 minute allow to stand for 1 minute.
