RECIPE: 1000g Plain Muffin & Cake mix 400g Water METHOD: Place mix into a machine bowl fitted with a beater. Add water and mix for 1 minute on first speed. Scrape down. Mix for 1 minute on second speed. Scale at 100gms into muffin cases. Bake at 195°c (385°f) for approximately 25 - 30 minutes.
