Mini Beef Tacos

Preparation:

  1. Warm the tacos on the chargrill
  2. Finely slice spring onions

Method:

  1. Heat the beef as per the packaging instructions until core temperature has been achieved
  2. Fill each taco with the beef, then garnish with the sweet & sour onion pickles, spring onions and cress
  3. Serve
